1. Agreement
By creating an account or using AppLaunchDesk (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
AppLaunchDesk provides AI-assisted launch guidance, including a readiness diagnosis, positioning, launch assets, and a launch plan. Output is generated by AI models and is provided for your consideration; you are responsible for reviewing it before use.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, abusing generation limits, infringing others' rights, or submitting unlawful content.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew until cancelled. One-time purchases are non-recurring. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights to the content you submit. Subject to these Terms, you may use the generated launch assets for your own product. The Service itself, excluding your content, remains our property.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate; we do not guarantee any particular launch outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
